Registered exporter System GSP-EU
The European Union is one of the largest export destinations for Indonesian products and commodities. In January 2021, SKA Form A for the European Union was no longer enforced and replaced by the Declaration of Origin (DAB). This decision is in line with the self-certification system in the EU GSP scheme by the European Union. This system is expected to accelerate export procedures and formalities that will encourage an increase in Indonesia’s exports to the European Union, especially for commodities included in the European Union’s GSP scheme.
REX system is a Self-Certification system on the GSP-EU scheme by a Registered Exporter (ER)
– It is a form of deregulation to speed up the export process for EU destinations
– ER makes its Declaration of Origin (DAB) for EU GSP Scheme preferential tariff claims
– Mandatory January 1, 2021→SKA Form A for the European Union is not valid and is replaced by a Declaration of Origin (DAB)
DAB is trade facilitation for exporters who demonstrate competence and fulfill the Rules of Origin to make their Declaration of Origin which is required in claiming tariff preference

PT ralio selesa Internasional has Become a European Union Registered exporter
In February 2022 PT. Ralio Selesa Internasional applied to the Ministry of Trade (IPSKA section) to become a registered exporter of the European Union. The submission of the system consists of several phases, starting from an office survey and company validity, making several documents/agreements, then the feasibility test phase regarding the EU- GSP, and the final stage of the submission is filling all data regarding the company profile, HS code of export commodities/goods, as
well as making a cost structure.
After one week of the submission process, in March 2022 PT. Ralio Selesa Internasional has officially become a registered
exporter of the European Union. With the issuance of ID REX to PT. Ralio Selesa Internasional making it easier for trade activities to export destination countries to the European Union.
